This ball bearing rope is designed with the adult user in mind.

The construction of the ball bearings and the use of absorbent handles facilitates free and easy rotation of the jump rope.

The rope is designed to maximize turning efficiency with a minimal amount of effort. This efficiency enables the user to more easily concentrate on fundamentals, breathing, and endurance, all of which are necessary to improve cardiovascular conditioning and total fitness level.

Specific instructions for reducing the length will be enclosed with your rope.

Note: All ropes may be quickly shortened by creating one or more knots in the sides of the rope.
